How do I know if you have spaces?
All camps shown on our website have spaces and are available to book. When a camp is fully booked it will be marked as ‘sold out’. Once you have checked out, you will receive a confirmation of your booking by email. Please also be aware that bookings will close 24 hours prior to a camp starting.
Do you accept childcare vouchers?
No, we do not currently accept childcare vouchers.
Where do I drop off /pick up my child at a camp?
Look out for the Excel banner, or enquire at Reception. Collection will be at the same point.
What should my child bring?
We will provide all necessary equipment for all the sports and activities your child will take part in.
Will you provide lunch for my child?
Unless you have booked a HAF place, Lunch will not be provided. Please send your child with a packed lunch and plenty to drink. Occasionally we offer a tuck shop, so you may want to give your child a little pocket money.
What should my child wear?
Every child should wear comfortable clothing, appropriate for taking part in sporting activity.
Will you provide drinks and snacks?
No, but please provide your child with a water bottle that we can then refill.
Will you provide sun cream?
No, we can't apply sun screen to children. Please send the appropriate factor with your child and we will remind them throughout the day to apply it.
